The Sapulpa Police Department developed the Citizen’s Crime Report to assist citizens and businesses in reporting crimes. The online reporting system is voluntary and is provided for citizen’s convenience to report certain crimes that do not require the presence of a police officer.
If there is a present or continuing danger call 911 immediately.
You may use the Citizen’s Crime Report if you are reporting one of the following crimes:
- Larceny
- Burglary to automobiles
- Harassing/Obscene phone calls where the suspect is not known.
- Embezzlements like failure to return property
- Defrauding an inn keeper
- Destruction of private property
- Reports for insurance purposes only
- Lost or stolen items. i.e. license tag, cell phone
DO NOT USE THE CITIZEN’S CRIME REPORT IF:
- There is a crime in progress (call 911)
- There is present or anticipated danger (call 911)
- The crime involves a firearm
- The crime involves domestic violence, violation of protective order, or any crime resulting in physical injuries
- The crime involved significant property loss
- There is a vehicle stolen
- There is physical evidence that needs to be processed or recovered

Please allow 72 hours for processing your report.
You will be notified that we received your report and will provide you with a case number.
